A Vocational Skill Development Program is defined as: A program intended to enhance through training; a student’s knowledge/skill with-in a vocational subject. It is not promoted to, in and of itself; Program prepares completers for entry level employment with-in that vocation. Although this training by its nature could lead to employment it is understood that any such employment cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Self-Employment is not uncommon in this field.

ADVANCED COURSE

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course examines advanced topics of power systems based on load flow, electrical components, and short circuits. You will learn how to optimally carry out electrical system operations, how to provide maximum electrical stability, and will learn about transient analysis. You typically will use software to understand practical concepts of advanced power systems

A student enrolled in the Commercial Electrical Advanced Course will become proficient in personal Electrical Commercial Issues and it should be noted that this program entails working and making decisions.

COURSE OUTLINE

INTRODUCTION TO COMMERCIAL WIRES 6 HOURS

This module provides the students with overview of the Electricity Safety and Types of Electrical Wires For Commercial Use

INSIDE WIRING: 9 HOURS

This module provides the students with practical methods; techniques for applying interior wirings of buildings, such as lights, electronics, appliances, and alarms and others.

CONSTRUCTION ELECTRIC PROJECTS: 9 HOURS

When it comes to construction projects including wiring, a construction electrician is hired. They take care of all the original wiring, electrical blueprints, and connecting the electrical for the building they are working on.
